The Residence in Chamonix offered a cozy two-bedroom apartment perfect for our family. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped with everything we needed. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony with stunning views of Mont Blanc was a highlight. The indoor pool looked inviting, perfect for relaxing after skiing. the apartment felt a bit cramped for a family of five. We did run into a challenge with toilet paper supply. there was only one roll for our entire stay. The noise from the nearby street made it hard to relax at times, especially at night. Despite that, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in seamless.

The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of skiing, especially with the beautiful mountain views surrounding it.
Our apartment was rather cramped for the four of us, which made it a bit uncomfortable despite it being advertised for that number.

Exceptional location by the slopes
Our two-bedroom apartment offered a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from the balcony, making every meal a scenic delight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped with all our needs.
While the location is great, the apartment felt a bit dated and could really use a more thorough refurbishment. The reception hours were quite limited, restricting access to amenities.

Indoor swimming pool, proximity to train station, spacious dining area
The apartment lacked proper amenities like toilet paper for a larger occupancy!!! Several fixtures were broken or malfunctioning, leaving a subpar experience!!! Cleanliness was also questionable, as we noticed dust and hair upon arrival!!!

Recommended for families seeking adventure
The central location made our daily outings super easy. I mean, just a min walk to the train station to head to Mer Du Glace, unbelievable. And the kids loved the warm pool after a long day. We ended each day reminiscing about our travels, the views from our balcony were spectacular. We saw Mont Blanc, cloud permitting, amazing sight.
It wasn't the cheapest place to stay but still acceptable for what we got.

Great location with good family amenities
We had a fantastic time staying here with our family, thanks to the cozy two-bedroom apartment and its well-equipped kitchen. The access to the indoor pool and wellness area was a perfect way to unwind after skiing. The delivery of fresh baguettes and croissants every morning was a delightful touch that we looked forward to. I wish we had been better informed about the parking situation as it could be inconvenient during busy times.
